B&B L'Arseni 1921
Bed & Breakfast in Vignola in the countryside
B&B L’Arseni 1921 is a countryside retreat where the charm of Modenese tradition blends with modern comforts and a welcoming atmosphere. The house, a typical rural dwelling, retains distinctive architectural features such as vaulted ceilings and wooden beams, enhanced by a careful renovation that has made the spaces cozy and functional, perfect for both a refreshing getaway and work stays.
There are four rooms available: two double rooms (with the option of separate beds), one single room, and a spacious quadruple room ideal for families or small groups. Each accommodation has a private bathroom and amenities designed for maximum comfort, including a TV, hairdryer, safe, and Wi-Fi connection. Additionally, there is a reserved internal parking area for guests to move around independently without worries.
A unique advantage is its location within the Montanari Loris agricultural company, historically known for producing the famous cherries of Vignola. From May to July, guests can purchase freshly harvested fruit directly, choosing from various varieties, including highly sought-after traditional cultivars.

You will be hosted by Deborah
Deborah welcomes her guests with a genuine and subtle style, characterized by daily attentiveness and a desire to make newcomers feel at ease right away. Her approach to hospitality stems from a deep connection to this home and the history it holds: it is not merely an accommodation but a place that carries memory, identity, and family pride.
The name “L’Arseni” embodies this essence: it is the scutmai, the dialect nickname that has identified the family for generations, referring to the great-grandfather Arsenio, a well-known figure in the vineyards of the region. Deborah has chosen to keep this legacy alive, transforming it into a concept of hospitality rooted in authenticity, heritage, and care. Staying here means not only finding comfort but also discovering a genuine story that adds value to every detail.
Area countryside
The location of the B&B allows guests to experience the serene countryside of Vignola while remaining just a short distance from services and the most interesting attractions in the area. It is an ideal spot for those who appreciate rural atmospheres and the neat landscapes of Emilia, featuring orchards, back roads, and quaint villages that can be explored at a leisurely pace, possibly mixing walks with culinary stops.
Vignola, famous for its cherries and vibrant character, also boasts a charming historical center: the Castle is one of the city's symbols and offers a captivating glimpse into local history. Nearby, Spilamberto and neighboring towns such as Castelvetro, Marano, Savignano sul Panaro, and Castelnuovo Rangone enhance the experience with hilly views, culinary traditions, and an authenticity that can be felt in every square and trattoria.
Additionally, the area is extremely convenient for travel; Maranello and the Sassuolo district can be reached in just a few minutes, while Modena is about a 20-minute drive away, making it perfect for a day filled with porticos, culture, and Emilia’s flavors. For cycling enthusiasts, the bike path connecting Modena to Vignola runs close to the property, offering a pleasant route through nature and agricultural landscapes.
